Boodles is a proper British gin, known for having an understated juniper flavor and a unique profile. It lends itself well to being served on formal occasions, and is most often enjoyed in a martini or a Boodles and Tonic.

It begins as a clean spirit distilled from English wheat, and possesses an approachable blend of botanicals including sage, rosemary and nutmeg. A noticeable omission of citrus botanicals leads to an understated aromatic nose and taste. All of these ingredients come together to add a mellow yet herbal quality to Boodles, balancing out the essential piney notes from the juniper.

Every batch of Boodles Gin is made with labour and patience. It begins as a clean spirit distilled from British wheat. The liquid is then redistilled in a Carter Head copper still, which allows the botanicals to gradually infuse into the spirit.
