Description

A local gin from Santa Cruz, using organic botanicals and a wheat spirit base. Juniper takes a back seat to citrus (orange, lemon, tangerine), and an intensely floral and spicy nose, with lavender and ginger. Use in gin-tonics or citrus cocktails.
