The mashbill is 95% rye, 5% barley. Aged no less than 4 years and bottled at a bold and cocktail friendly 100 proof. A pretty and unusual nose: nutty with toasted grain uplifted by fresh-squeezed lemon, plus chai spices, brown sugar, seasoned oak, and cedar chest.
