Description

This has a fresh, floral nose, with lavender and mineral notes, picking up some apple fruit on the palate and finishing crisp. Delicate but tasty. Clear bright pale gold color with nose of hay sea salt and mineral and vegetal aromas. Medium body with creamy balanced acidity with citrus notes and a dry medium finish.
