Colour: pale gold yellow Nose : white flowers, almond, acacia, lime tree, citrus, green apple Palate : Awesome ! The aromas are very well balanced and subtle, all are perfectly melted. A too of minerality but light, a bit of tension, but all is at final smooth. Very long charming finish. We can feel the touch of wood a bit not too much.
