If the wine has been given time to breathe, it also delights with aromas of white peach, pickled or ripe lemons and hawthorn blossoms. On the palate it presents itself powerful, straightforward and fresh with good tension. It has a clear minerality and lively acidity, is very juicy and its long finish is characterized by fine almond citrus fruits and a beautiful spice. This is an elegant accompaniment, it goes wonderfully with lobster, grilled fish, mussels in cream sauce and pork fillet.
