Description

Black Cabra Chardonnay offers aromas of peach, pear and a hint of vanilla with a fresh and balanced mouthfeel. Before and during the gentle pressing of the grapes, nitrogen is introduced which eliminates all contact with oxygen during the whole process. This creates greater aromatic intensity. Aromas of cooked apple, white peach, mango and lemon curd. Its medium-to full-bodied with crisp acidity and a dense, creamy texture. Plenty of ripe-stone and tropical-fruit flavors.
