The light, clean Pinot Gris possesses flavors of citrus, pear, and green apple that are well-balanced by refreshing, flinty acidity. It’s the perfect sipping wine on its own or paired with salads, assorted cheeses, and other light fare. It has some pleasant passion fruit and banana blossom aromatics, along with brisk lemon-lime-orange zest, pineapple, nectarine, muskmelon, apple blossom, pear, and a vitamin tablet-like minerality. Medium + body with a crisp acidity and a medium finish.
