Description

Dark, rich-purple with aromatics of boysenberry, lavender, dried tobacco and sage on top of a dry stoney minerality. The texture is rich but finishes light on its feet with a persisting length. Fermented in a combination of concrete and stainless steel tanks. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
