Luscious, rich, and developed, this whiskey yields notes of dark molasses, toasted bread, faint fig and raspberry, and cocoa dust. The big body of this whiskey showcases our distilling style of producing rich flavors. The application of virgin oak lends the sweeter flavors of butterscotch and caramalized brown sugar. Barley tea, roasted almonds, and burgamot tea dance throughout the taste. We impart a lot of grain based flavors to balance the oak. The finish of the whiskey is a lovely linger. Baking spices, dark chocolates, and stewed stone fruit mingle and fade throughout. Distinctly American, yet distinctly single malt. Rich flavors, big body, long finish.
