Description

The 2019 Chablis Vaillons 1er Cru has an extravagant nose of nicely defined pineapple, lime and light passion fruit aromas. The palate is well balanced with a pleasant fatness, although, like the Vaucoupin, it is missing some tension andnervositon the finish. A redeeming saline note crops up on the aftertaste.
