Les Champs Perdrix is located directly above La Tche and is a vineyard with an enviable position in Vosne-Romane. With a mere .93 ha plot of vines that were planted in 1948 and 1949, the yields are low. Fermented with inidigenous yeasts (30% whole cluster) in open wood tanks. Aged for 18 months in barrel (50% new).
