The Clos du Roy wine is a Sancerre that comes from a particularly suited vineyard on the Pascal Jolivet estate. In Sancerre there is no classification of the parcels as in Burgundy or Chabils, but over the years, Pascal Jolivet has acquired a series of plots of particular value, which he then decided to vinify separately, creating a series of labels of the best crus of the estate . Today it manages 65 hectares between Sancerre Poully-Fum and Touraine. Its production philosophy is devoted to excellence, starting with the choice of organic farming in the vineyard and respect for the territory.
