Description

This wine is not ostentatious, but is the perfect, fresh-fruity Pinot Blanc, whose delight is reflected in its creamy smoothness as well as its vibrant acidity. The color is straw yellow with green highlights. On the nose it has pure fruity notes of apple, apricot and pear. In the taste it is lively and balanced with a creamy taste in balance with fresh acidity. A premium aperitif and summer wine, it is also quite versatile when it comes to pairing with food: it goes well not only with seafood and fish, but also with delicate dishes made with game poultry. It is particularly recommended as a side dish with the South Tyrolean Schlutzkrapfen.
