Description

Straw yellow colored wine with light greenish reflections. The bouquet is very intense, with notes that recall melon, peach and citrus flowers. Fresh taste, not sharp, pleasantly acidic. Excellent on egg dishes, pasta dishes and risottos; it goes well with delicate fish dishes. Excellent as an aperitif because aromatic but not too intrusive.
