Caledonian Distillery was once the largest distillery in Scotland, and one of the biggest in the world. Its grain whiskies were used to base some of the greatest names in the whisky world, but sadly this all changed when the distillery was closed in late 1987. This cask, full of dessert flavors, is a glimpse into the history of Scotch Whisky. Distilled in April 20th 1987. Bottled in February 2016. One of 238 bottles.
