Description

Deep dark red color. Powerful and intense scent of black ripe fruits with light spice, herbs and dish. The taste is full, mouth-filling and bold. Some acid and relatively soft tannins that irritate the gums. The aftertaste is persistent and powerful, with acid and tannins playing on the tongue. Advantageously decant / pour / oxygen in a decanter for a couple of hours – then a party fireworks of softness, velvet and flavors will open. Serve for dark roasts and older cheeses.
