The story of ASKANELI starts from the wonderful village Askana in Guria Region (Western Georgia). In 80s of 19th century Antimoz Chkhaidze, the ancestor of the founders of the Company, founded a wine cellar in Askana and established the wine production. Later, in 1998 the ASKANELI Company was founded by Chkhaidze brothers. Nowadays, ASKANELI is a modern, dynamically developing production facility. In addition to 60 types of still wine, the Company produces sparkling wine, as well as ordinary and aged alcoholic beverages: brandy, chacha and fruit distillates. Company possess own wineries and fruit distilleries, as well as 422 hectares of vineyard area; The volume of produced products is more than 10 million bottles p/a. Full production cycle undergoes strict quality control at all stages, from the vineyards to the storage of final products.
