Nose: Aroma is very pleasant and delightful.

Palate: On the palate it is very elegant, rich and full-bodied.

Distillery Information

Fred, aka Federico Cremasco, is a bartender who studied profumeria (the distilling of herbs) and an avid herbalist. He grows classic cooking herbs, and for his spirits he farms most herbs himself and either purchases or forages the rest from within a 50km radius.
