Situated in the village of Lagrange, Domaine le Sabl has only produced eaux-de-vie from three vintages 1973, 1974 and 1976 before its vines were uprooted. Distilled from the Baco grape variety, the liquid was aged for 40 years in barrels before being bottled independently by LEncantada.
