Producer Information

The Azienda Agricola Piero Busso was founded in 1953. At that time Guido, the father, worked the Borghese vineyard which consisted of three hectares planted roughly equal thirds of Dolcetto, Barbera and Nebbiolo. Today the estate has about seven hectares with total production around 2,900 cases. They absolutely prohibit the use of any chemical treatments. The Nebbiolo of Barbaresco comes from the best crus – Albesani, adjacent to S. Stafano, and Bricco Mondino. Barbera and Dolcetto come from Vigna Majano.
