Producer Information

The home of the Paul Lehrner winery is the well-known wine-growing community of Horitschon in the heart of the Blaufrnkischland. A family business for generations, the winery is now run by Paul, Gertrude and their daughter Lisa. Regionality and specialty varieties are primarily combined with the highest quality. The wines reflect stability and consistency and are characterized by clearly recognizable terroir. The vineyard area around Horitschon covers 22 hectares. Paul Lehrner devotes the majority of his attention to Blaufrnkisch – the other types of red wine are almost exclusively native to the heavy, deep clay soils. For us, perfect drinking enjoyment means, on the one hand, purity and harmony, and on the other hand, character, which finds expression in our personal signature through the typicality of the variety, vintage and region. We try to give our wines the best possible quality in order to create a unique product.
