The 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate is a blend of 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Cabernet Franc and 7% Petit Verdot. Deep garnet-purple in color, is offers up scents of crme de cassis, blueberry compote and Christmas cake with an undercurrent of plum preserves, camphor and cigar box. Big, rich and full-bodied on the palate, it delivers impactful, maturing black fruit and spicy flavors, supported by firm, grainy tannins and just enough freshness, finishing with great length.
