Description

This authentic and traditional Clarin, Slow Food Presidium, is the result of a blend of four distillates from the villages of Cavaillon, Baraderes, Pignon and Saint Michel de l’Attalaye, produced with sugar cane naturally cultivated without pesticides, harvested by hand with machetes, fermented with natural yeast and distilled in small pot stills.
