This Clos Siguier Cahors is a great place to start. It’s very approachable, with rich fruit (although not over-extracted) and herbal notes. Plum, cherry, and blackberry, first hinted at on the nose, burst forth with enthusiasm on the palate, accompanied by hints of black tea.
