Description

The 2019 Pouilly-Fuiss La Verchre Vieilles Vignes has a comparatively lighter, airier bouquet compared to the En Buland and feels as if it just needs more fruit expression. The palate also shows the warmth of the summer more than its peers with passion fruit, pineapple and light mango notes. It misses some acidity and nervosit towards the finish and as such, I suspect that this will suit more for early drinking.
