Hand selected, fully mature agave from the Los Altos region of Jalisco. Grown in red volcanic clay at elevations of 6,000+ feet, producing plants rich in minerals for finer, softer profiles. 2X distilled and oxygenated to deliver exceptionally smooth flavors and aromas.
