Fernando de Castilla Classic Fino is the perfect aperitif. Rich and bone dry, this has notes of citrus fruit and nuts, with a coastal character. This is a perfect match for salted nuts or light fish dishes. It is a well-priced, vibrant and dry Fino Sherry from the Jerez wine region. Dry, with fresh white-fleshed stone fruit, citrus, finishing with a briny, salty minerality. Chill (between five and seven degrees Celsius) and pour with Iberico ham, Manchego cheese, roasted nuts.
