Description

Distilled from wild Madrecuixe agave found at high elevations in southern Oaxaca. Both the nose and palate display complex notes of mature agave, stony mineral and wild herbs, supported by a bold note of wood smoke. Light floral notes and earth on the long, balanced finish.
