This isa very approachable Cabernet Sauvignon with berry aromas and impressive blackberry and spice flavors. The wine is only lightly filtered and may form sediment as it ages. Enjoy it with herb-rubbed rotisserie chicken, barbecued steaks, or hard cheese. This wine has won a Gold Medal at Critics Challenge.
