This unique expression from the Starlight Distillery offers an exciting balance of dried fruit and elegant spice. Carl T. is our signature bourbon, named after 4th generation family member, Carl Theodore Huber. After 4 years of aging in new, charred American Oak, this Carl T. is finished in a Spanish Oloroso Sherry barrel for over 8 months. This finish provides notes of dried cherry and orange citrus that complement the characteristic flavors of our flagship bourbon.
