Description

Two hour decant. Deep dark ruby magenta. Sarsaparilla, Gala apple, boysenberry, jerk spice, black cherry and marshmallow on the nose. Dry, satiny palate, with nice acidity. Firm tannins on the medium long finish. This has improved over the past year. Drinking very well.
