From the Producer’s Website: Made from a single seasons harvest of Centennial Wheat, the heirloom spring soft white varietal grown for us in the San Luis Valley, this is the first wheat whiskey to be Bottled in Bond in Colorado, which, fittingly is known as the Centennial State.
AROMAS: Mountain strawberries, orange marmalade, alpine meadow and wildflower honey
FLAVORS: Jasmine tea, sage, spruce tips and pink peppercorn
MASH BILL: 100% Soft White Centennial Spring Wheat
AGED: Over four years in new 53-gallon charred oak barrels
