The 2019 Saint-Aubin Villages is in fact mostly a blend of Premier Crus, deeper in color than its peers. The quality shows through in well-defined red apple and orange blossom scents that gain intensity with aeration. The palate is well balanced with a waxy-textured opening. Quite pithy in style, this Village offers good acidity and tension and satisfying length on the finish. Worth seeking out.
