Description

The elusive description of the color is somewhere between creamed corn and a steely gold. The nose is ful with boxwood, gooseberry, fig, creamed corn and wet limestone. The flavors are as full as the nose. While the wine has great cut on entry, it transitions completely across the palate into a full, round and lengthy finish. 13% alc. With goat cheese, Camembert, country ham and crusty bread. Recommended, but with a good shot at becoming Highly Recommended.
