The Sapience cuve is the first exceptional champagne certified AB.It is a cuve that combines 50% Chardonnay from the village of Trpail, 25% Pinot Noir from Ambonnay and 25% Pinot Meunier from Cumires.

Vinified and aged in oak barrels for 9 months, Sapience 2010 is a champagne which remarkably emphasizes the magnificent harmony and energy of the grapes that compose it.It is a cuve that respects the chalky notes of its birthplace, while emphasizing the pulpy and sappy sensations of the grape.

It is a cuve which deploys a very beautiful power, and a slight oxidative point underlined by beautiful bitters at the end of the mouth.The finish is remarkable, full of finesse and delicacy.
