Description

Melipal Malbec has Ruby red color. Nose of spicy bramble, black cherry, oak, cedar, licorice, black pepper, graphite, and a hint of leather. Moderate gritty tannins and milder to moderate levels of acidity. Lingering finish. Fruit forward but has an interesting complexity to it. Really nice Malbec and good value. Flavors of sweet plum, blackberry, cassis, cola, chocolate, vanilla and sweet tobacco.
