The “Paolo Pizzorni Vini” firm was born at the beginning of the New Millennium and it carries on the job which Paolo’s grandparents had started in 1929. A very pretty traditional Brachetto, oozing luscious red strawberry aromas and flavors. A delicate touch of musk and bright-berried acidity complements the softly sparkling sweetness, finishing to a fresh, stony finish. A cool choice for light appetizers or salads with strawberries and peaches. Also wonderful for dessert tables of Italian cookies and cakes.
