Robert parker Notes : The NV Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Cuve assembles steel-fermented Chardony. This cuve opens very clear and pure on the nose, lean rather than complex. It is a very elegant, pure, straight, mineral and well-structured cuve with a long and salty-mineral finish. This is excellent fizz that could gain even more complexity with bottle age.
