Pinhook High Proof Straight Rye Teal has aroma of Minty, oily, dill, cooked grain, vanilla bean, caramel, general oak, touch of brown sugar, hint of leather, & (perhaps) fennel seeds. Wonderfully oily mouthfeel. Bright & sweet with darker tones supporting. Oily-sour quality, rye spice, prominent oak; plenty of tannins, big vanilla, caramel, brown sugar, loud spearmint, cooked grains, dill, leather, & hint of golden raisins. Medium with a moderate hug. Plenty of wood tannins, sweetness clings to the mouth, cinnamon, rye spice, caramel, vanilla, bit of gooey marshmallow, cooked grain, leather, & tiny bit of cardamom
