WINE-MAKING The grapes are handharvested, destemmed, crushed, and fermented in stainless steel tanks.

AGEING In stainless steel for 4 months, followed by two months in the bottle.

COLOUR Pale yellow

SCENT The bouquet includes notes of summer yellow fruits, above all peach and apricot.

TASTE Strong in the mouth at the beginning; Elleboro features a beautiful structure enhanced by fresh acidity and compelling flavour.

ACCOMPANIMENTS Perfect as aperitif or with fish dishes or light entres.
