Description

A blend of clone 1 (64%) and Musque selection (36%) that were fermented separately and blended at bottling created a compelling and dynamic wine. Using a combination of new French oak, neutral oak and stainless steel give it layers of texture, fullness and intrigue. A layered nose of honeydew, Lychee nut and gooseberry lead into a textured, focused palate with notes of lemongrass and grapefruit.
