Palate: On the palate, you may taste nutmeg, ground cinnamon, peach, apricot and a hint of hibiscus.

Distillery Information

Reservoir is a small craft distillery established in 2008 in Richmond, Virginia. From the get-go, they specialized in a core range of 100% single-cereal mash bills from locally grown organic rye, corn, and wheat. Their whiskeys are aged in custom-made charred white oak casks.
