A rare mix of agaves for this field blend that we are not sure we’ve seen together in this combination before. The excellent spirit beautifully exhibits the nuance of each agave, consisting of Mexicano, Cuishe, Tepeztate & Coyote, while at the same time creating something that is clearly greater than the sum of its parts. An initial wave of menthol, lemongrass and sugarcane gives way to an oscillating presence of both hazelnut, pear and nopales, and a lingering, prickly texture. 51.5% ABV
