Full-bodied with juicy palate appeal and savoury finish.Cold maceration for two days before inoculation with a selected yeast strain. Fermentation on the skins in stainless steel tanks. Regular pump-overs were done during fermentation. Malolactic fermentation done in stainless steel tanks.
