Tenuta Viglione Sellato Primitivo is Easygoing and friendly but rather simple Primitivo. Deep purple in glass. The nose is typical for the style and quite fruity with hints of cherry, raspberry, cassis, vanilla, mulberry, prunes. Full body, moderate acidity, off dry, rough cotton linen texture. The taste is lush with hints of cherry, raspberry, earl grey tea, cassis, strawberry, vanilla. Tannins are medium intense and moderately lasting. Overall, quite friendly, lush, but lacks spark and distinctive features.
