The palate is gourmand, well-balanced and offers a beautiful juiciness , a fine tension, elegance , a good freshness , a good definition as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, juicy blackberry and small notes of red cherry/ juicy red fruits associated with touches of plum , chocolat, toasted as well as a very discreet hint of tonka bean and mild tobacco . Tannins are well-built . There is a very discreet varietal hint in the background/on the finish.
