An agave-forward extra aejo with a soft and light oakiness. Notes of cooked agave, oak, butterscotch, citrus, pepper, caramel, spices, vanilla, dried fruit, with just the right amount of minerality. Volans Tequila is born in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, at El Pandillo Distillery – NOM 1579.
