A blend of rums aged in oak and perfect for sipping. The nose holds mature scents of walnuts, nutmeg, orange peel and vanilla, leading into a palate of buttery, creamy brown sugar. Finishes bittersweet. Appleton Estate has launched Ruby Anniversary Edition, a limited release celebrating Master Blender Joy Spences 40 years with the distillery. Ruby Anniversary Edition is a blend of five Jamaicarums aged for a minimum of 35 years. It includes rums as old as 45 years.
